植物生理学设计性实验开设初探

Practice and Exploration of Designing Experiment of Plant Physiology

应对贵州省普通本科高校向应用型高校转型发展的需求,结合植物科学与技术专业的人才培养要求及植物生理学实验教学的要求,开设设计性实验"植物生长物质对种子萌发的影响"。通过实施获得以下经验:结合植物科学与技术专业选择常见蔬菜的种子作为材料,开展植物生长物质诱导植物种子萌发的研究。通过改变生长素类、细胞分裂素类等植物生长物质的药剂处理的浓度、浸泡时间以及培养条件等,观察种子的萌发情况,统计8d内各种处理的种子发芽率和下胚轴长。结合实验中出现的现象、问题、结果进行总结分析,探讨改进的方法;增强了学生的学习主观能动性,提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养了学生的探索创新精神,为以后进行大学生科研项目及毕业论文的设计奠定一定的基础。

In order to meet the needs of the transformation from ordinary undergraduate colleges in Guizhou to appli-cation-oriented colleges and universities,the requirements of plant science and technology specialty training and therequirements of plant physiology teaching,the designing experiments of"effect of plant growth substance on seed ger-mination". The following experience has been achieved through implementation:the selection of common vegetableseeds as plant materials should be combined with plant science and technology specialty;by changing auxin,cytoki-nin and other plant growth substances treatments concentration,soaking time and cultivation condition,the germina-tion of seed germination rate was observed and statistics within 8 days of various processing seeds and hypocotyllength;summary analysis should combine the phenomena,problema and results in the experiment,and discuss theimproved method;enhance the learning initiative of students,improve students' ability to analyze and solve prob-lems,to cultivate the students' innovative spirit,lay a foundation for the design of college students after graduationthesis and research projects.
