文化安全视域下新疆南疆双语教育发展对策探析

Exploring the Countermeasures of Bilingual Education Development in Southern Xinjiang under the Vision of Cultural Security

当前,新疆南疆文化安全面临着复杂的形势,科学合理地推进双语教育发展,是维护新疆南疆文化安全的重要环节。因此,必须高度重视双语教育在国家核心价值观培育、中华民族共有精神家园建设、各民族文化素质提升和优秀传统文化传承等方面积极作用,优化学校教育改革、推动多元文化理解教育发展、强化双语教育的认同功能和话语安全体系等。

At present,the security of culture in southern Xinjiang is facing complex situation,scientifically and reasonably promoting bilingual education development is an important part of keeping the culture security in southern Xinjiang. So that,it must be payed high attention to the positive effects of bilingual education in fostering national core values,constructing common spiritual homeland of Chinese nationality,improving the cultural quality of all the nationalities,inheriting excellent traditional culture and so on. Optimizing school education reform,promoting multicultural understanding education development,strengthening the identity function of bilingual education,building the system of discourse security and so on should be carried out.
