“民汉双语翻译人才培养计划”在新疆十六所高校专业认同实证研究 被引量:1

An Empirical Study on Professional Identity of “Minority Languages and Chinese Bilingual Translators Training Program” for Undergraduates in 16 Colleges and Universities in Xinjiang

摘要 本文基于大样本调查数据及个别访谈,探讨"民汉双语翻译人才培养计划"作为政府人才培养策略能否得到学生们的认同,该计划实施效果是否与政府意图相吻合。调查结果表明,总体上学生们对该计划是基本认同的,在性别、志愿选择方式变量方面差异显著,影响维吾尔语专业认同的主要因素为专业情感和微观教育环境;影响汉语专业认同的主要因素为专业情感和专业行为。 Based on large sample survey data and individual interview,this paper discusses whether "Ethnic Minority Language and Chinese Bilingual Translator Program",as the government's talents cultivation plan,can be recognized by students,and whether the plan implementation effect matches with the government's intentions. Survey results show that on the whole students basically identify with the program and that variables are significantly different in gender and voluntary choice way. It is also shown that the main factors influencing the Uygur language professional identity are professional emotion and micro-education environment and the main factors influencing the Chinese professional identity are professional emotion and professional behavior.
