欧洲肉鸽不同品系生产性能测定

Determination of Production Performance for Different Strains of European Pigeons

选取成年欧洲肉鸽高产系(1系)、兼用系(2系)、快大系(3系)各30对,测量体尺、屠宰性能测定;统计生产群繁殖性能,分析欧洲肉鸽不同品系的生产性能,明确各系的品系特征。结果表明,欧洲肉鸽引入中国以来,历经多年的饲养与选育,2系体躯更长,3系胸部宽大,1系体型最小。欧洲肉鸽胸肌为球型,双胸肌性状明显,胸肌率达到了30%以上。欧洲肉鸽产肉性能非常好,屠宰率在87%左右、全净膛率在75%左右。1系繁殖性能优良,年产蛋窝数达到了9.68窝。3系不论是成年鸽还是乳鸽体重最大,乳鸽28日龄体重达到了601.27g。2系兼顾了繁殖性能和产肉能力。1系高产、2系兼用、3系快大,各系特征明显。

The study aims to determine and analyze the production performance of different strains of European pigeons so as to confirm the characteristic of each strain.30 pairs for each strain 1,2,3 of European pigeons were chosen to determine body measurement and slaughter performance,then analyze their reproductive performance.The result showed,after years of feeding and breeding since European pigeons were introduced to China,the trunk of strain 2 has become the longest,the chest of strain 3 has been the widest,the body size of strain 1 became the smallest.The pectorales of European pigeons showed spheroidal,whose double breast muscle was obvious,and breast muscle percentage was more than 30%.The meat performance of European pigeons was excellent.The dressing percentage was about 87%,and the percentage of eviscerated yield about 75%.The reproductive performance of strain 1 was excellent,whose annual output of nest egg number reached 9.68.The weight of both breeding pigeons and squabs of strain 3 were the heaviest,the weight of 28-day squabs reached 601.27 g.Strain 2 balanced both reproductive performance and meat performance.The characteristics of each strain were distinct,strain 1 was productive,strain 2 was dual-purpose,and strain 3 was fast-growing.
