摘要
绿色发展必然要求绿色知识的创造,而绿色知识的创造必然源于绿色发展的方法论指导。在河流管理发展领域贯彻绿色发展,并以河流生命的提出为例,体现了绿色知识的创造。但是,提出河流是生命,为什么比提出火和地球是生命更有合法性,需要以怀特海"创造的冲动"为理论基础,对河流生命概念构建的事例加以诠释。首先,河流生命的构建基于一种重要性的感觉并对应着某种实事,从而激发创造的冲动。而要把这种冲动转变成持续的创造力量,需要来自对生命与河流的类比和联想的内省,其内涵体现出主体创造的"艺术意味"。但是,只有"外感"和"内省"还不够,还需要把二者整合起来的主体情结,我们称作"创造性情结"。这种"创造性情结",揭示河流生命创造活动中情感、思想和记忆的作用。其次,建构河流生命是在地球水循环的有机整体论的意义上理解和界定作为其部分的河流生命的性质、价值及其管理观念变革的意义。为此需要进一步阐释河流生命的重要性,可以描述和可以展现的表达,以及可以认知的和可以意会的理解。
Green development necessarily requires the creation of green knowledge, which inevitably stems from the methodological guidance of green development. It reflects the creation of green knowledge to implement green development in the field of river management development by taking the proposal of river life as an example. To illustrate why it is more legitimate to take river as life than to propose that fire and earth are forms of life,"creative impulse"put forward by Alfred North Whitehead is needed as the theoretical basis, together with the cases of concept establishment of river life. First of all, the establishment of river life is based on a sense of importance and corresponds to a certain fact, and thus the creative impulse is stimulated. Turning this impulse into a constant force of creativity requires the analogies and associative introspection between life and river. Its connotation embodies the"artistic meaning"of subject creation. However, it is not enough if there are only"extrinsic sense"and"introspection". Subject complex integrating the two is also needed, which is called"creative complex". It reveals the roles of emotion, thought, and memory in the creative activities of river life. Secondly, constructing the concept of river life is to understand and define the nature, value and meaning of management mentality reform of the river life as a part of the Earths water cycle in the sense of organic holism. To achieve this, we need to further elucidate the importance of river life, the describable and revealable expressions, and the understandable interpretations.
