摘要
为了研究微小RNA与信使RNA之间的调控关系,基于网络匹配方法对mi RTar Base、Tar Base和mi RWalk 3种数据库组成的整合型mi RNA-m RNA调控网络进行网络模体挖掘,然后对其构成的子网络进行靶基因信号通道富集分析。实验结果表明:mi RNA-m RNA调控子网络简化了基因调控网络分析,并且通过靶基因富集分析有助于了解mi RNA的生物学功能。
To study the regulatory relationships between mi RNAs and m RNAs, the network match star(Net Match Star)method is applied to identify network motifs of the integrated mi RNA-m RNA regulatory network, including mi RTar Base, Tar Base, and mi RWalk databases. Then, this study performs a pathway enrichment analysis of the target genes in the sub-networks constituted by the identified network motifs. Results show that the mi RNA-m RNA regulatory sub-networks could simplify the analysis of gene regulatory networks. Moreover, the enrichment analysis of target genes could help understand the biological functions of mi RNAs.
