摘要
通过研究影响高校教学质量评价的有关因素,选取九个重要指标,构建教师教学质量评价指标体系;运用层次分析法构造判断矩阵,并对各评价指标进行权重确定和一致性检验,给出提升高校教学质量的一些合理化建议。
By studying the factors of teaching quality evaluation, nine important indicators areselected. Teaching quality evaluation index system is constructed. Through the analytic hierarchyprocess, several judgment matrices are constructed. The weight determination and consistency testof each index are also carried out. Some Suggestions for improving teaching quality are given in thepaper.
