Since the IP practice of the Internet literature, capital money prevails and has covered the subjectivity of creation subjects. As the IP core elements extending to “pan-entertainment”, the Internet literary ecology has become increasingly complex and uncertain. As a result, the traditional literary creation subjects and consumer body have also become invisible. However, the construction of citizen identity and non-citizen cultural representation, which includes a strong sense of participation, unidentifed resistance, tendencies towards proft and kitsch well deserves our attention in the process of government regulation.
