综合性社科学术期刊的办刊特色主要体现在四个方面,即在栏目上突出区域文化资源优势,在管理上利用大数据提高期刊传播力,在办刊模式上走国际化道路以扩大办刊空间,在专题策划上促进学术研究与现实问题有效对接。然而,综合性社科学术期刊也存在特色栏目高质量稿源不足、栏目同质化突出、资源有限、办刊成本高等困境,要增强其可持续发展能力需把握好学术期刊特色,完善经费筹措和保障机制,提高学术期刊办刊软实力,增强学术期刊办刊自主性,探索综合性社科学术期刊共建模式。

The publication characteristics of comprehensive social science journals mainly cover the following four aspects： highlighting in journal columns the strengths of regional cultural resources, using big data to improve the communication ability of journals in terms of management, taking the approach of internationalization to enlarge the sphere of journal publication, and promoting the effective docking of academic research and practical problems by means of thematic planning. Whereas, comprehensive social science journals also face diffculties such as the shortage of high quality paper contributions to special columns, homogeneity of journal columns, limited resources, high costs and so forth. To strengthen the journals’ sustainable development ability, it is necessary to grasp the characteristics of academic journals, improve the fnancing and guarantee mechanism, develop the journals’ soft power, enhance the journals’ autonomy, and explore the joint development models of comprehensive social science journals.
