房屋建筑工程项目中的沉降测量及管理

SUBSIDENCE SURVEYING AND MANAGEMENT IN HOUSE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

随着我国政治经济文化的快速发展,高层和超高层建筑越来越多,建筑物的沉降测量是整体工程质量监控的重要数据。本文简要介绍了建筑物沉降的测量方法,以及在施工期间对新建筑物和附近原有建筑物沉降观测的重要意义,对房屋建筑工程沉降变形观测的重要性进行叙述,及其应当进行严谨的监控管理工作。因此,本文针对房屋建筑工程项目中的沉降测量及管理进行探讨。

With rapid development of politics,economy and culture in our country,there have been more and more high and very high buildings.The subsidence surveying of a building is an important datum on monitoring the quality of the whole project.This paper briefly introduced measurement method of the subsidence of a building and the significance of monitoring the subsidence of building under construction and existing buildings,discussed the importance of monitoring subsidence deformation in house building and the importance of strict management.
