It is rooted in the ancient capital concept that capital is raised by both the dealers themselves and the government; it sublates the democratic capital concept that capital should be both developed and restrained; it inherited the new democratic capital concept that both the state economy and cooperative economy lead the private economy jointly; it develops the socialism capital concept that capital should be used to greatly develop socialism commodity production in a planned way. Since the reform and opening up,the capital concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics has gone through such three stages as developing socialism with capitalism,developing state-owned capital with social capital,and developing the public and private capital with legalized economy. The future path and direction of China's capital development depend to a large extent on the construction and impact degree of its independent and modernized economic system.
