“公共阐释”论

On Public Hermeneutics

区别于"强制阐释"的"公共阐释",并非是理解文本的单纯技艺,它毋宁本身就是文本与阐释者自身的存在方式,因而仍应归于"哲学解释学"题域。"公共阐释"擎持主体间性的阐释立场,挽合历史、现在与未来的效果历史意识,超越生活世界与文本世界的互文性阐释路径,共同铆定"公共阐释"为"判断力阐释"而非理性或科学阐释。"公共阐释"对当代哲学解释学的贡献在于:它既为经典文本的阐释提供新的意义生成路径,从而为理性科学真理观之外的文本真理及其意义作了辩护;同时,也使解释学的理解视阈,扩展到当代数字文本领域,从而为人在数字领域的精神自由与意义创造提供了可能。

Public hermeneutics,different from forced hermeneutics,does not only mean a pure skill in understanding text,its " Wuning( rather) " is an existing mode to connect the text and the elucidator himself,therefore,it belongs to the field of philosophy. The hermeneutical status among the main subjects has saved the historical consciousness,gone beyond the inter-textual hermeneutical route between the real world and the text world,thus,fixing itself as the judgement hermeneutics rather than rationality or scientific hermeneutics. Public hermeneutics has made the following contributions: It not only provides a meaning and route for the classical hermeneutics and makes a defense for the textual truth and meaning for things beyond the rationality and scientific outlook,it also expands the scope to the modern statistics area,thus it provides a possibility humans with the free spirit and the creativity of meaning in the area of statistics.
