气管镜室细胞刷污染事件调查报告

The Investigation Report of the Event of Cytology Brush Contaminated in the Bronchoscopy Room

目的对气管镜室细胞刷污染事件的原因进行调查。方法通过实地查看、查阅相关资料、医护人员现场访谈进行调查。结果该院气管镜室工作不规范,违反内镜医院感染相关法律法规。结论只有建立健全内镜室的医院感染规章制度,规范操作,定期对消毒效果进行监测,形成管理制度化、操作规范化、监测科学化的模式,才能杜绝因内镜消毒不严引发医源性感染的发生。

Objective To understand the reason of the event of cytology brush contaminated in the bronchoscopy room.Methods The reason of the event was investigated according to examine the bronchoscope room,consulting relative infomation,to intercept interviews of medical workers.Results The staff in the bronchoscopy room seriously violated relative standard of endoscope of ministry of health in the hospital.Conclusions Only when a hospital establish and consummate various infection control rules and regulation of endoscopy room,operate according to the technical standard rules,and regularly monitor and supervise the sterilizing effects,the mode of institutionalized management,operation standardization,scientific monitoring were formed,can eliminate infections cause by relaxed endoscopic disinfection.
