摘要
基因组选择(GS)利用所有可利用的分子标记构建预测模型,并基于此模型估计个体的育种价值,是一种新型的、针对数量性状由微效多基因控制这一育种问题更高效的、具有广阔前景的分子辅助育种方法。概述了GS的原理和常用方法,并基于GS的影响因素探讨了提高其准确性的各种方法,展望了GS在作物育种中的应用,提出构建GS平台的思路。
Genomic selection(GS) is an emerging approach of marker-assisted selection which aims to estimate individual breeding value based on all available molecular markers. It has broad prospects in breeding especiallyc onsideringthat many quantitative traits are controlled by micro-effect polygene. In this paper,we summarized the principle and methods of GS,discussed various methods for improving the prediction accuracy of GS based on its influence factors,predicted the future application of GS on crop breeding,and put forward an idea of constructing GS platform.
