摘要
介绍了企业转型升级的整体思路,采取了以下措施:(1)扩建技术研发中心,购置先进的仪器设备,强化了探伤设备,为研发创造条件;(2)坚持技术合作,校企共建,共同发展;(3)研究开发CRH350车辆转向架上的关键配件、高速列车刹车制动盘及低地板动车锻(铸)造独立轮轴桥等高端铸件,带动企业转型升级;(4)细化质量管理体系,提升内控标准,强化探伤管控,追求更为稳定的生产状态。最后指出:将科研成果转化为实际生产,大大提高了企业的技术创新能力,以创新研发来驱动企业实现结构调整和转型升级,将技术优势变为企业的市场优势,为企业带来良好的社会效益及经济效益。
The integrated transformation and upgrading scheme of enterprise was introduced. Following measures were adopted:(1)Extending technology development center,purchasing advanced instrumentation,strengthening flaw detector equipment to create conditions for research and development.(2)Insisting on the technology cooperation,school enterprise co-construction and common development.(3)Researching and developing high-end castings included the key parts of the bogie used for CRH350 vehicle,brake disc of high speed train,forged(cast) independent axel bridge of low floor motor car,that drove transformation and upgrading of the enterprise.(4)Refining quality control system,elevating inner quality standard. Strengthening flaw detection management and control,seeking more stable production status. Finally pointed out:transforming the achievements in scientific research into the practical production largely increased the technology innovation ability of the enterprise,driving the enterprise to realize structural readjustment and transformation and upgrading with innovation,research and development,translating the technology superiority into the market superiority to bring favorable social and economical benefit.
