摘要 介绍了高速铁路机车用16V280型内燃机缸体的铸件结构及技术要求。详细阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺设计:采用开放式浇注系统,在每个内浇道处设计SiC过滤网,采用大容量射芯技术制芯,再将砂芯进行叠加组芯,替代传统的手工造型、制芯方法,油管铸造采用强制冷却镶铸工艺。生产结果显示:表面粗糙度Ra 12.5~25μm,无粘砂缺陷,铸件的披缝小于2 mm;铸件的球化率95%,基体组织为铁素体+25%珠光体;抗拉强度530 MPa,屈服强度340 MPa,伸长率8%,硬度190~210 HB,硬度差为30 HB,均符合技术要求。 The casting structure and technical requirements of cylinder block of 16V280 internal combustion engine for highspeed railway locomotive was introduced. The casting process design of the castings was elaborated:SiC filter was designed at each runner of the open pouring system. The core was made by the large-capacity core shooting technique,and then assembled.It replaced the traditional handwork molding,core making method. Tubing casting was made with forced cooling inlay casting process. The results showed that:the surface roughness was Ra 12.5~25 μm with no sticky sand defects. The casting pitting was less than 2 mm. Casting nodular rate was 95%. The matrix microstructure was ferrite and 25% pearlite. Tensile strength of 530 MPa,yield strength of 340 MPa,elongation of 8%,hardness of 190~210 HB with difference of 30 HB,were all in line with technical requirements.
