智能生产单元控制器及其在铸造行业中的应用

摘要 介绍了智能生产单元控制器的功能需求及系统方案,并将该控制器用于砂型铸造行业成形、熔炼浇注、精整、砂处理等智能生产单元的集中控制与系统集成。通过标准通信接口、非标准协议驱动中间件及企业服务总线技术,可有效解决PLC、传感器、执行器通信协议品种繁多,各上层信息管理系统软件间不兼容,开发时间与成本不可控等问题,能够便捷地实现智能生产单元工序级别的软硬件集成,结合物流管理系统,以点穿线地搭建智能工厂,形成完整的基础信息平台,有效杜绝软件信息的孤岛现象。 The functional requirements and system scheme of intelligent production unit controller was introduced. The controller was applied to the centralized control and system integration of intelligent production units such as forming,smelting,pouring,finishing and sand treatment in sand casting industry. By using standard communication interface,non-standard protocol-driven middleware and enterprise service bus technology,the problems of PLC,sensor,actuator communication protocol variety,incompatibility between top-level information management system software,development time and cost uncontrollable could be effectively solved. It could realize the integration of software and hardware at the level of intelligent production unit conveniently. Combining with the logistics management system,intelligent factory could be set up by threading point to form a complete basic information platform to effectively prevent islanding of software information.
