摘要 低频振荡具有影响范围广、破坏性大的特点,直接影响电网的安全稳定运行,为此结合"7·6"贵州水电机组引发低频振荡事件,分析低频振荡对广东电网造成的影响,并通过仿真对振荡进行了复现。电网结构薄弱地区安全裕度较低,阻尼水平与电压密切相关,一旦电压控制不当,极易引发系统功率振荡。在弱阻尼区域采取合理有效的电压控制措施尤为关键,在实际运行中,要严格进行电压调控,加强自动电压控制的整定和投退管理,合理调控系统运行阻尼,保证系统阻尼满足安全稳定要求。 Low-frequency oscillation has characteristics of wide influence range and large destructive effect, which may d0- rectly affect safe and stable operation of the power grid. Therefore,the paper analyzes influence of low-frequency oscilla-tion on Guangdong power grid by combining the “7 ·6 event” of low-frequency oscillation caused by Guizhou hydroelectric generating set. It produces oscillation by simulation. Safety margin is relatively low in areas with weak power grid structure and damping level is closely related with voltage. Improper voltage control will cause power oscillation of the system. It is important to adopt reasonable and effective voltage control measures in weak damp areas. In actual operation, it is required to strictly adjust and control voltage, strengthen setting and switching of automatic voltage control and reasonably adjust run-ning damping of the system so as to ensure safety and stability of system damp.
