摘要
针对现有有线测温方式没有彻底解决高压绝缘而不能直接用于10 kV智能化高压开关柜内温度检测以及不能满足工业现场对高压开关柜测温系统性价比、功耗要求的问题,设计了1套基于2.4 G无线通信技术的高压开关柜无线测温系统及装置。为此,介绍了测温系统的工作原理、硬件构成以及软件设计。对监测系统在运行中出现的问题,提出了相应的抗干扰和隔热改进措施。试验结果表明:无线测温系统具备一定的抗干扰能力和良好的热稳定性,能够稳定可靠运行,满足10 kV高压开关柜在高温环境下对柜内多点温度检测的需求,实现对高压开关柜温度的实时监测。
Current wired temperature measurement method can not directly be sued for temperature detection in the 10 kV intelligent high-voltage switch cabinet due to its failure in completely solving the problem of high-voltage insulation and it is unable to satisfy requirements for cost performance and power consumption of the high-voltage switch cabinet on the indus-trial scene. Therefore, the paper designs a set of temperature measurement system and device for high-voltage switch cabinet based on 2. 4 G wireless communication technology and introduces working principle,hardware composition and software design of the system. In allusion to problems in operation of this system, the paper proposes corresponding anti-interference and thermal insulation measures. Experimental results indicate the wireless temperature measurement system has definite an-ti-interference capacity and good thermal stability which can ensure stable and reliable operation and meet requirements for multi-point temperature measurement in the cabinet under high temperature environment, so as to realise real-time monito-ring on temperature in the high-voltage switch cabinet.
