典型发达国家和发展中国家高职教育对经济发展贡献的比较——基于工匠精神视阈

摘要 通过分析德国、新加坡、日本、美国等发达国家以及巴西、印度、马来西亚等发展中国家高职教育演变与经济发展之间的关系,探讨高职教育为促进经济增长贡献和增加产业适应性,培育工匠精神的切入途径,发现无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,高职教育都随产业的发展而进行变革,促进了各国经济的发展,同时各国高职教育都在专业设置和校企合作两方面融入工匠精神培育,但相对而言发达国家高职教育工匠精神的融入更加成熟,发展中国家高职教育工匠精神融入处于起步或者不重视的状态。 Through the analysis of the relationship between the evolution of higher vocational education and economic development from developed countries,such as Germany, Singapore,Japan and the United States,and developing countries,such as Brazil,India,Malaysia,this paper discusses the way to cultivate the spirit of the craftsmanship in order to promote economic growth and increase industry adaptability of higher vocational education. it is found that whether the developed countries or developing countries,higher vocational education changed with the development of the industry and promoted the economic development of all countries,and higher vocational education of all countries join into the artisan spirit cultivation in two aspects,such as professional setting and school-enterprise cooperation;but In contrast,the spirit of artisans in higher vocational education in developed countries is more mature,and its in developing countries is in the state of starting or not paying attention to.
