贯通“中高本”职业能力接续培养研究

Researching Occupation Ability Training from Secondary-High School to Undergraduate

职业能力接续培养是实现中高本衔接、职普融通,构建现代职业教育体系的关键纽带和重要载体,也是社会产业提档升级、结构调整优化对高技能人才的必然要求,基于此,本文在分析了中高本职业能力纵向衔接、职普职业能力横向融通和中高本贯通培养的基本职业能力、职业技能、综合职业能力延续内容的基础上,提出了实现中高本职业能力接续培养的路径:一是提高中高本职业教育专业设置契合度,二是推进专业课程体系无缝对接,三是制定贯通职业能力接续培养的招生制度。

The occupation ability training is to realize the link-up of secondary school,high school and vocational education and to realize the link-up of vocational and general education as well. It is the key link and important carrier for the construction of the modern vocational education system,and is also the inevitable demand of highly skilled talents accompanying the social structure adjustment and optimization of industrial upgrading. Based on the analysis of the occupation ability in vertical convergence of high school,vocational education and general occupation ability and that in horizontal convergence of vocational and general education and the coherence of basic occupation ability,occupation skill,comprehensive occupation ability by secondary school,high school and vocational education,this paper proposes the path to realize such goals： one is to improve the alignment of specialty settings;another is to promote the seamlessly integrates between professional curriculum system;and the third is to jointly establish enrollment system of continuous training of occupational ability.
