Research Ontruck Drivers' Fatigue Driving Management Policies Between China and Other Countries

通过对比分析我国与美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家货运车辆驾驶人疲劳驾驶管理政策,总结了我国货运车辆驾驶人疲劳驾驶管理在法律层面、技术层面和监管层面的不足,分析了国外相关经验做法.结合我国货运车辆驾驶人疲劳驾驶管理现状,提出了预防管理的政策建议.

This paper intended to compare truck drivers’ fatigue driving management policies between China and other countries. T he deficiency of domestic truck drivers’ management policies in legal, technical and supervisory was analyzed. T he relevant foreign experiences were then identified. At last,a few strategies and suggestions were proposed to prevent fatigue driving.
