摘要 高压用户由于用电容量大,其功率因数的高低对供用电设备的容量利用率以及末端电压质量有着重要影响。为防止因用电功率因数不合格而缴纳力率调整电费,用户需合理安装无功补偿设备,提高用电功率因数。以电网公司对用户力率调整电费的计算参数为基础,通过对力率考核标准表进行分段非线性拟合,建立不同类型用户的无功补偿经济性模型,为用户合理投资无功补偿装置,降低用电成本提供参考。最后通过案例,对该模型进行了验证。 Because of the big electric capacity of high voltage power users, the power factor has great influence on the capacity utilization of power supply and consumption equipment and the terminal voltage quality.The power users should install reactive power compensation equipment appropriately to raise the power factor to avoid paying power factor regulating tariff due to the unqualified power factor. This paper, based on the calculation parameter of power factor regulating tariff and fitting the assessment standard of power factor with piecewise nonlinear function, establishes an economic model of reactive power compensation for different kinds of power users to provide reference for investing reactive power compensation equipment reasonably and reducing electricity cost for power users. At last, the model is verified by cases.
