摘要
配电网是连接供电企业和用户的重要环节,其供电可靠性直接反映出供电企业对客户持续供电能力。由于当前停电记录涉及多个信息系统,且明细数据存在噪音,若不对数据加以处理就直接应用,会导致结论失真。以信息系统停电明细数据为基础,通过数据质量校验以及交叉验证,实现停电性质的自动研判;同时,在此基础上进行供电所、台区聚类分析,准确定位配电网薄弱环节,有效指导公司配电网投资和网架规划。
Distribution networks connect power supply enterprises to users, and power supply reliability directly reflects their continuous supply capacity. At present, outage data involve multiple information system,and there is noise in the detailed data, which may result in wrong conclusion if not handled. Based on the detailed outage data of the information system, outage nature is automatically judged by data quality check and cross check. Besides, cluster analysis on substations and power supply regions are conducted to accurately locate weak nodes in distribution networks and provide guidance to distribution networks investment and planning.
