现代大学书院制双院协同育人机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Cooperative Education of Residential Colleges and Academies in Modern University

书院制改革是对全人教育的有益探索,书院与学院协同是实现全人教育的重要保证。在探索双院协同育人过程中,往往出现教师和学生对书院的认知度不够、书院和学院协同育人的管理机制不健全、导师制的运行机制不完善、辅导员的学生日常管理难度加大等诸多问题。这些问题源于现有大学评价导向偏颇、高度集权的科层制管理模式以及根深蒂固的专业化教育理念。为实现书院、学院协同育人,应统筹设计第一课堂与第二课堂人才培养方案,建立双院协同管理平台,深入推进书院导师制度,促进辅导员专业化发展。

The reform of college system is a useful exploration of holistic education,for which the collaboration between residential colleges and academies is an important guarantee. In the process of exploring their cooperative education,people encounter many problems: teachers and students alike have an insufficient understanding of the residential college,the managerial mechanism of cooperative education is inadequate,as is the operation of the tutorial system,and the counselors ' daily management of student affairs becomes more difficult,etc.These problems derive from the existing biased orientation of evaluation,the highly centralized mode of bureaucratic management and the ingrained idea of the specialized education. In order to realize cooperative education,we should have a balanced design of curricular study and extracurricular activities in our talent training programs,establish a platform for the management of the collaboration between the residential college and the academy,and further promote the college tutor system the professional development of counselors and the construction of students' professional associations.
