摘要 牵引供电系统负荷为间歇性负荷,使得牵引变压器空载损耗成为系统主要损耗之一,为降低牵引供电系统运行损耗,提高其运行经济性,研究开发节能型牵引变压器具有重要意义。本文所述节能型牵引变压器以卷铁心结构为基础,采用V/X接线形式,重点研究了卷铁心结构及油道设置方案,主绝缘设计及过负荷温升控制方案,同时突破了大容量卷铁心卷绕、拼装、退火及其线圈一体化绕制等关键技术,是世界罕见的220kV级卷铁心牵引变压器。该样机通过了国家变压器质量监督检验中心试验,符合国家及行业相关标准,其试验结果与传统叠片式铁心牵引变压器相比,空载损耗下降44.2%,噪声值下降30.9%,节能降噪效果良好。 The intermittent load of traction power supply system makes no-load loss of traction transformer one of the major losses of the system.To reduce the operating losses of the traction power supply system and improve operation efficiency,it is of great significance to develop energy saving traction transformer.The energy saving traction transformer introduced in this paper is the first wound core traction transformer of 220 kV in the world,which adopts the wound core and V/X connection form.The project focused on the design of the wound core structure,the oil-gap,the major insulation and the overload temperature rise control scheme.What's more,several key technologies were solved,such as the winding,assembling,annealing of the wound core and the winding of the coil of the wound core.The prototype passed the test held by China National Transformer Quality Supervision and Testing Center and was in line with relevant national and industry standards.The experimental results showed excellent energy saving and noise reduction effect of the wound core traction transformer,with 44.2%reduction in no-load loss and 30.9%reduction in noise value,compared with laminated core traction transformer.
