摘要
通过研究未水洗羽毛绒经不同初洗温度、洗涤剂含量条件下水洗后,羽毛绒残脂率的变化情况,得出水洗后羽绒残脂率在通用标准范围内的最佳初洗工艺。同时,收集不同地区的鹅鸭绒原料毛进行验证。结果表明,在确保羽绒残脂率在通用标准范围内的最佳初洗工艺条件为:初洗水温55℃,洗涤剂含量3.5%。
The change in fat and oil content of down feather was researched after washing under different pre-washing temperatures and detergent percentage.Then,the best washing process within the range of general standard was gained after pre-washing.Meanwhile,the pre-washing procedure was proven with goose and duck down collected from different regions.Results show the optimal pre-washing process of down feather is as follows:prewashing temperature 55 ℃,detergent percentage 3.5%.
