摘要
采用现行标准中规定的定量分析方法(拆分法、二甲基乙酰胺法、二甲基甲酰胺法、环己酮法)对不同的纤维素纤维(棉、粘纤、莫代尔)/氨纶交织产品进行定量分析,然后对各测试方法所得的测试结果进行比较分析,结果表明:对于同一样品,不同测试方法的测试结果之间存在较大差异;当样品不能采用手工拆分法进行定量分析时,为了保证测试结果的准确,应优先采用环己酮法;将二甲基乙酰胺法的d值修正为1.01,二甲基甲酰胺法(国标法)的d值修正为1.02,二甲基甲酰胺法(行标法)的d值修正为1.01,所得结果会更为接近真值。
Quantitative analysis methods specified in current standards(manual split method,dimethylformamide method,dimethylacetamide method and eyclohexanone method)were used for quantitative analysis of different cellulose fiber(cotton,viscose,modal)/spandex interwoven products.Then,the results obtained by each method were compared.The results show that large differences exist among the results of different test methods for the same sample.When the sample cannot be manual split,cyclohexanone methods should be adopted to ensure the accuracy of test result.d value of dimethylacetamide method is corrected to 1.01,d value of dimethylformamide method(national standard method)is corrected to 1.02,dvalue of dimethylformamide(industrial standard method)is corrected to1.01,Under the above conditions,the result is closer to the true value.
