Production and Process Technology Innovation for Colored Spun Yarn——Analysis of Field Management Problems in Colored Spun Yarn Production

色纺纱相对本色纱生产的特点,决定了其生产管理难度比本色纱要大得多。文章根据国内色纺纱生产30多年的经验,针对色纺纱生产现场管理,提出严格做好分品种区域管理,推行"5S"现场管理及生产现场的温湿度管理的重要性及具体管理方法。从许多企业多年生产实践看,只要做好三方面的现场管理工作才能创造出一个良好稳定的色纺纱生产环境,实现色纺纱生产优质高效的要求。

Colored spun yarn decides its production management difficulty is much bigger than that of natural color yarn.According to over 30-year experience in colored spun yarn production in China and field management of colored spun yarn production,the importance and specific management methods of regional management,"5 S"field management and temperature and humidity management are proposed in this paper.Seeing from rich production practice of many enterprises,agood and stable colored spun yarn production environment can be created to achieve high-quality and efficient requirements of colored spun yarn,as long as field management work of three aspects is done well.
