摘要
结合《公路路面基层施工技术规范》(JTJ034—2000)、《江苏省沥青路面施工技术指导意见》及《公路路面基层施工技术细则》(JTJ/T F20—2015),对比研究高速公路半刚性水稳基层原材料技术指标、级配范围、标准试验等施工技术指标的区别,加深对半刚性水稳基层结构的认识。并通过徐明高速公路工程实例验证研究结果,对高速公路半刚性水稳基层的原材料选择、级配设计、标准试验方法、强度提升、裂缝控制提出了见解,具有很好的工程参考意义。
This paper discussed and made comparative study on the difference among highway semi-rigid water stability subbase material technical index, gradation range and standard test, so as to get deep insight on semi-rigid water stability subbase construction, by combining with "Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Roadbases(JTJ 034—2000)", "Jiangsu Technical Guidance for Construction of Asphalt Pavement" and "Technical Rules for Construction of Highway Roadbases(JTJ/T F20—2015)". The results are verified by the example of Xuming expressway, and proposed view on the selection of semi-rigid water stability subbasematerial, gradation design, standard experimental method, intensity promotion and crack control. It can give good reference to construction.
