Study on the Cost Estimation of Routine Maintenance Project of National Highway or Provincial Highway in Jiangsu Province

文章以道路小修保养的费用构成为基础,确定各级公路基准条件下的工程基准值,并结合不同差异因素的修正系数进行联合修正;通过多种方法综合论证,加权平均得到小修保养道路工程费的定额基价;同时提供动态上涨率的测算方法,使工程养护成本适应经济和物价变动的需要。

Based on the constituents of the costs of routine road minor maintenance projects,this paper proposed the baseline estimate of road maintenance project under common conditions. Variable conditions were addressed via correction factor aiming at a comprehensive adjustment. At the same time, multiple sources validation process and weighted average were employed to finally achieve the baseline estimate. In this process, dynamic rise rate estimation was also proposed to guarantee that economy and price movement were reflected in the cost estimation.
