随着信息化、现代化程度的提高,当前苏北运河船闸通过能力及服务质量的主要矛盾变为闸船信息沟通不畅与信息不对称之间的矛盾。苏北航务管理处利用智能手机及无线互联网技术,基于苏北运河智能运行系统,研发了苏北运河船讯通手机APP,实现船员通过手机与智能运行系统的人机对话,从而进一步提高船闸通过能力、提升服务质量。

With the improvement of information and modernization, the main contradiction of the lock capacity and service quality of the ship locks in Grand Canal in Northern Jiangsu has become the contradiction between obstructed information communication and information asymmetry. Using smart phone and wireless internet technology and based on the intelligent operation system of the Grand Canal northern Jiangsu, waterway management bureau of the Great Canal in Northern Jiangsu has developed the northern Jiangsu canal "The Shipping News" mobile phone APP to realize man-machine dialogue between crew members and intelligent operation system through mobile phones, so as to further improve lock capacity and service quality.
