呼吸机为危重症患者生命维持提供了科学、有效的治疗方式,推动了危重症急救医学事业的进一步发展。近年来,微电脑、微型传感器技术被广泛用于呼吸机中,对临床治疗效果提升有积极作用。Bi PAP呼吸机体积小,多用于无创正压通气,临床应用安全、便捷、操作灵活。本文对Bi PAP无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的效果及护理进展进行综述,旨在总结相关经验以供临床参考。

Ventilator provides a scientific and effective way of life maintenance for critically ill patients.It promotes the further development of critical care medicine.In recent years,micro computer and micro sensor technology have been widely used in ventilators,and have positive effects on the improvement of clinical treatment effect.The volume of Bi PAP ventilator is small,and it is often used in noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.The clinical application is safe,convenient and flexible operation.This article reviews the effect and nursing progress of Bi PAP noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure,in order to summarize the relevant experience for clinical reference.
