Study on escitalopram in the treatment of depression associated with anxiety symptoms

艾司西酞普兰是高选择性的5-羟色胺(5-HT)的再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs),可以抑制5-羟色胺转运体,提高5-羟色胺水平,对中枢神经系统有激活作用。艾司西酞普兰可治疗广泛性的焦虑和重度抑郁症,本文对艾司西酞普兰对伴焦虑症状的抑郁症的治疗研究进展进行综述。

Escitalopram is a highly selective reuptake inhibitor（SSRIs） of 5-serotonin（5-HT）.It can inhibit 5-serotonin transporter and increase the level of 5-serotonin,it activates the central nervous system.Escitalopram can treat generalized anxiety and major depression.This article reviews the progress of escitalopram＇s treatment of depression associated with anxiety symptoms.
