糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗急性加重期慢阻肺的临床效果

Clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation

目的:分析、总结糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果,阐述联合用药的临床应用价值与意义。方法:收治急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者70例,随机平分两组。对照组仅给予特布他林雾化治疗,观察组加用糖皮质激素治疗,比较相关指标。结果:两组均无明显的并发症发生;两组肺功能和血气指标的变化情况均有所改善,但是观察组的改变幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特布他林联合糖皮质激素治疗效果显著,能够显著改善患者的血氧分压,促进患者肺功能的改善,且并发症的发生少、治疗安全性高。

Objective：To analyze and summarize the effect of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,and to discuss the clinical value and significance of combined use of drugs.Methods：70 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were treated with terbutaline only.On this basis,the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid.We compared the correlation index.Results：There were no obvious complications in the two groups,and the changes of pulmonary function and blood gas index in the two groups were improved,but the range of change in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid has significant curative effect,which can significantly improve the partial pressure of blood oxygen,promote the improvement of lung function in patients,and it has less complications and high treatment safety.
