摘要
目的:对谷氨酰胺在心肌缺血再灌注损伤患者中的应用效果予以探讨。方法:收治心肌缺血再灌注损伤患者40例,随机均分两组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在此基础上应用谷氨酰胺进行治疗,对比、分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:体外循环开始后两组患者的肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)、丙二醛(MDA)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在开放升主动脉后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)持续下降,但是观察组下降幅度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在为心肌缺血再灌注损伤患者进行临床治疗的过程中应用谷氨酰胺能够减少MDA的产生量,提升心肌细胞SOD活性。
Objective:To study the application effect of glutamine in the patients with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods:40 patients with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Routine treatment was carried out for patients in the control group,and the observation group was treated with glutamine on the basis of this treatment.We compared and analyzed the clinical effect of patients in the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in CK-MB,c Tn I and MDA between groups after CPB(P〈0.05).After the opening of the ascending aorta,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreased continuously,but the decrease in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical treatment for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,glutamine treatment can reduce the production of MDA and enhance the activity of SOD in cardiac myocytes.
