骨科创伤治疗中采用微创技术的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of orthopedics trauma department

目的:研究、分析微创技术在骨科创伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法:收治骨科创伤患者160例,随机分两组。研究组采取微创手术方式,对照组采取常规手术方式,对比两组患者治疗有效率、术后恢复时间及换药次数等临床指标。结果:研究组治疗有效率92.5%,高于对照组的73.8%;研究组术后恢复时间(17.6±1.2)d,换药次数(10.3±2.1)次,明显低于对照组的(33.5±1.7)d及(26.9±3.3)次,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创技术治疗骨科创伤具有明显优势,术后切口恢复速度快且不易感染,治疗有效率高。

Objective：To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of orthopedics trauma department.Methods：160 cases of trauma patients in department of orthopedics were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The study group received minimally invasive surgery,while the control group received conventional operation.The treatment efficiency,postoperative recovery time and dressing change times and other clinical indicators were compared.Results：The effective rate of the study group was 92.5%,higher than 73.8% of the control group.The postoperative recovery time of the study group was（17.6±1.2）d,and the number of dressing change was（10.3±2.1）times,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（33.5±1.7）d and（26.9±3.3）times,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Minimally invasive technique has obvious advantages in the treatment of orthopedics trauma department,and the postoperative incision recovery speed is fast and not easy to infection,and the treatment efficiency is high.
