成人腹型过敏性紫癜经川芎嗪结合甲强龙治疗的疗效探究

Investigation on the efficacy of ligustrazine combined with methylprednisolone in treatment of adult abdominal allergic purpura

目的:探讨川芎嗪结合甲强龙治疗成人腹型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:收治成人腹型过敏性紫癜患者60例,随机平分两组。对照组采用甲强龙治疗,观察组在此基础上加用川芎嗪,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率96.7%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹痛缓解时间、皮疹消失时间、血便消失时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪结合甲强龙治疗成人腹型过敏性紫癜临床疗效好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of adult abdominal type allergic purpura.Methods：60 adult patients with abdominal allergic purpura were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone,and the observation group was treated with ligustrazine on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（76.7%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The pain relief time,the disappearance time of rash,bloody stool disappeared time and hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ligustrazine combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of adult abdominal allergic purpura has good clinical efficacy.
