美托洛尔联合贝那普利对老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of metoprolol combined with benazepril in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure

目的:探究美托洛尔与贝那普利联合治疗老年高血压合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法:收治老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者100例,分两组。对照组给予常规对症疗法和贝那普利治疗,观察组在此基础上加用美托洛尔治疗,对比两组心功能等。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);观察组心功能指标(LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年高血压合并心力衰竭治疗中联合使用美托洛尔、贝那普利能促进患者血压的平稳并改善心功能、延长生存期,且用药方法简单。

Objective：To explore the efficacy of metoprolol combined with benazepril in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure.Methods：100 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment and benazepril treatment,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.We compared the heart function.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,which was higher than 80% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The heart function indexes（LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF）of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combined use of metoprolol and benazepril in elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure can promote the stability of blood pressure and improve the cardiac function,prolong the survival time,and the medication is simple.
