髂腹股沟穿支皮瓣移植修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效

Clinical effect of groin perforator flap transplantation for repair of skin and soft tissue defects in extremities

目的:探讨髂腹股沟穿支皮瓣移植修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损的方法和临床效果。方法:收治四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者30例,均对其实施髂腹股沟穿支皮瓣移植修复治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:全部患者手术均成功,皮瓣均存活,仅出现轻度并发症的患者经对症治疗后好转,术后0.5年进行随访发现,皮瓣柔软,外观良好。结论:髂腹股沟穿支皮瓣移植修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损具有显著的治疗效果,主干动脉不易受损。

Objective：To investigate the method and clinical effect of groin perforator flap transplantation for repairing skin and soft tissue defect of extremities.Methods：30 cases of skin and soft tissue defect in extremities were treated with groin perforator flap transplantation,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results：All the operations were successful and the flaps survived.Only slight complications occurred after symptomatic treatment,and the flaps were soft and good appearance after half a year of follow-up.Conclusion：The groin perforator flap transplantation is effective in repairing the skin and soft tissue defect of the extremities,and the main artery is not easy to be damaged.
