复方谷氨酰胺颗粒联合标准三联根除幽门螺杆菌的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of compound glutamine granules combined with standard triple therapy in eradicating Helicobacter pylori

目的:探讨复方谷氨酰胺颗粒联合标准三联根除幽门螺杆菌的临床效果。方法:收治幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者80例,随机平分两组。对照组采用标准三联(埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片、克拉霉素缓释片、阿莫西林胶囊)口服,治疗组在此基础上加复方谷氨酰胺肠颗粒口服。治疗结束后4周,比较两组患者Hp根除率、临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组的Hp根除率97.5%,高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方谷氨酰胺颗粒联合三联疗法对Hp根除率高,效果显著,且不良反应不会显著增加。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of compound glutamine granules combined with standard triple eradication of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods：80 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with standard triple（esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets,amoxicillin capsules,clarithromycin sustained release tablets）oral.The treatment group was treated with compound glutamine granules orally on this basis.After 4 weeks at the end of treatment,the Hp eradication rate,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results：The eradication rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,higher than 77.5% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compound glutamine granules combined with triple therapy has high eradication rate of Hp,the effect is remarkable,and the adverse reactions will not increase significantly.
