摘要
目的:对252例妊娠期糖尿病患者进行临床分析。方法:收治孕妇252例。其中妊娠期糖尿病患者126例为观察组,无糖尿病的孕妇126例为对照组,对两组进行临床分析。结果:通过临床分析,无糖尿病的孕妇的早产等发生率都低于妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者要加强对糖尿病的认识,并通过有效的药物及饮食控制来减少并发症的产生。
Objective：To make a clinical analysis of 252 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods：252 cases of pregnant women were selected,including 126 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus as the observation group.126 pregnant women without diabetes mellitus served as control group.The clinical analysis of the two groups was made.Results：Through clinical analysis,the incidence of premature delivery of pregnant women without diabetes was lower than that of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients should strengthen the understanding of diabetes,and through effective drug and diet control to reduce the occurrence of complications.
