缬沙坦联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床分析

Clinical analysis of valsartan combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者100例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,观察组采用缬沙坦联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组左心室射血分数、E/A、E/e'和脑钠肽均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of valsartan combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods：100 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group was treated with valsartan combined with trimetazidine.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：After treatment,the mean left ventricular ejection fraction,E/A,E/e ＇and brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of valsartan combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure was significant.
