马来酸曲美布汀联合双歧三联活菌胶囊对糖尿病性腹泻患者肠道菌群的影响

Influence of trimebutine maleate combined with bifid triple viable capsule on intestinal bacteria in patients with diabetic diarrhea

目的:探讨马来酸曲美布汀联合双歧三联活菌胶囊对糖尿病性腹泻患者肠道菌群的影响。方法:收治糖尿病性腹泻患者75例,随机分为对照组与观察组。两组均接受常规胃肠解痉挛治疗、血糖控制及饮食调整,对照组采用双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用马来酸曲美布汀,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组双歧杆菌数量及乳酸菌数量明显高于对照组,酵母菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌数量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸曲美布汀联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗糖尿病性腹泻患者具有疗效显著、改善患者肠道菌群、缓解腹泻症状的特点。

Objective：To explore the influence of trimebutine maleate combined with bifid triple viable capsule on intestinal bacteria in patients with diabetic diarrhea.Methods：75 patients with diabetic diarrhea were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The two groups were treated with routine gastrointestinal spasm treatment,blood glucose control and diet adjustment.The control group was treated with bifid triple viable capsule.The observation group was treated with trimebutine maleate on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The number of bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the number of yeasts,enterobacteriaceae and enterococci were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of trimebutine maleate combined with bifid triple viable capsule in the treatment of patients with diabetic diarrhea was significant.It can effectively improve the intestinal flora of patients,and relieve diarrhea symptoms.
