前列地尔联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的效果观察

Effect of alprostadil combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of early and medium-term chronic renal failure

目的:探讨前列地尔联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的临床效果。方法:收治早中期慢性肾衰竭患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用前列地尔联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组血红蛋白明显升高,尿蛋白明显降低,肾小球滤过率下降相对较慢(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的临床效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of alprostadil combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of early and medium-term chronic renal failure.Methods：86 patients with early and medium-term chronic renal failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by routine treatment.The observation group was treated with alprostadil combined with reduced glutathione.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：After treatment,hemoglobin in the observation group was significantly increased,urinary protein was significantly decreased,glomerular filtration rate decreased relatively slowly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of alprostadil combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of early and medium-term chronic renal failure was significant.
