TT治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进症疗效及对患者心功能和肝功能的影响

TT treatment effect on primary hyperthyroidism and its impact on cardiac function and liver function of patients

目的:探讨TT治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进症的效果以及对患者正常心脏功能和肝功能的影响。方法:收治原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者120例。对照组60例,采用甲状腺次全切除术;观察组60例,采用TT治疗。结果:在治疗后甲状腺功能减退、甲亢复发、心功能相关指标以及肝功能相关指标方面,观察组和对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于原发性甲状腺功能亢进症采用TT治疗,效果显著,同时能够较好地改善心功能和肝功能。

Objective：To investigate the effect of TT on the treatment of primary hyperthyroidism and its effect on normal cardiac function and liver function.Methods：120 patients with primary hyperthyroidism were selected.The control group with 60 cases were treated with subtotal thyroidectomy,and the observation group with 60 cases were treated with TT.Results：After the treatment,there were significant differences in hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism recurrence,cardiac function related indicators and liver function related indicators between the observation group and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of primary hyperthyroidism with TT is effective,and it can improve the function of the heart and liver.
