摘要 目的:探讨早期气管切开应用在重度颅脑损伤(STBI)中对神经功能和肢体功能的影响。方法:收治STBI患者60例,分为对照组和研究组。研究组伤后<48 h实施气管切开,对照组伤后>48 h再实施气管切开。结果:研究组NIHSS分低于对照组,ADL评分和Fugl-Meyer总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:STBI在早期应用气管切开可有效改善患者肢体和神经功能。 Objective:To explore the effect of early tracheotomy on neurological function and limb function in patients with severe traumatic brain injury(STBI).Methods:60 patients with STBI were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The study group was given tracheotomy within 48 hours after injury,and the control group was given tracheotomy more than48 hours after injury.Results:The NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score and the total score of Fugl-Meyer were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Early tracheotomy for STBI can improve the limb and nerve function of the patients.
