穴位敷贴联合中药熏蒸治疗肛肠术后疼痛疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treating anorectal pain

目的:探讨穴位敷贴联合中药熏蒸治疗肛肠术后疼痛的疗效。方法:收治行肛肠术并发术后疼痛患者111例。对照组55例,实施单纯穴位敷贴治疗;试验组56例,实施穴位敷贴联合中药熏蒸治疗。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组肛肠术后症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组水肿消失、疼痛消失与创面愈合时间均较长于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴联合中药熏蒸治疗肛肠术后疼痛,可促进治疗总有效率的提升,改善患者疼痛评分。

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with Chinese herb fumigation in the treatment of pain after anorectal operation.Methods：101 cases of anorectal surgery complicated with postoperative pain,in which 55 cases in the control group treated with simple acupoint applicator,while 56 cases in the experimental group implementated acupoint combined with Chinese herbal fumigation treatment.Results：The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than in the control group（P〈0.05）;the anorectal postoperative symptom scores in the experimental was better than in the control group（P〈0.05）;edema,pain and wound healing time in the control group were longer than in the experimental group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupoint application combined with Chinese herb fumigation treatment can improve the total effective rate and pain score of patients after anorectal operation.
