参麦注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效

Curative effect of Shen Mai injection combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of heart failure in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨参麦注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:收治缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者116例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用吸氧、抗凝、强心、利尿等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组心脏超声指标左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、心排血量的改善效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of Shen Mai injection combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of heart failure in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods：116 patients with heart failure and ischemic cardiomyopathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with oxygen inhalation,anticoagulation,cardiac strengthening and diuresis and other conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with Shen Mai injection combined with levocarnitine on the basis of the control group.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter and cardiac output in the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Shen Mai injection combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of heart failure in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy was significant.
