障眼明片、氨碘肽联合用于治疗老年性白内障患者的效果评价

Impact assessment on Zhangyanming tablets combined with ammonia iodine peptide for the treatment of patients with senile cataract

目的:探讨障眼明片、氨碘肽联合治疗老年性白内障患者的效果。方法:收治白内障老年患者90例,分为观察组47例和对照组43例。对照组给予氨碘肽治疗,观察组给予障眼明片联合氨碘肽治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组视力、眼压、中央房前深度改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:障眼明片与氨碘肽联合治疗白内障老年患者,临床效果显著,没有明显不良反应。

Objective：To investigate the Zhangyanming table combined with ammonia iodine peptide in the treatment of patients with senile cataract.Methods：90 elderly patients with cataract were divided into the observation group with 47 cases,and 43 cases in the control group.The control group were given ammonia iodine peptide treatment,while the observation group were given Zhangyanming tablets combined with ammonia iodine peptide treatment.Results：After the treatment,the improvement of visual acuity,intraocular pressure and central anterior chamber depth in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Zhangyanming tablets combined with ammonia iodine in the treatment of elderly patients with peptide cataract has significant clinical effect,with no significant adverse reactions.
